We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, offers, and stock status accurate. Minor differences in packaging, color, or presentation may occur due to photography, screen settings, or product updates.

Prices and offers may change without notice. The price shown at checkout at the time you place the order is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors and order acceptance.

After you place an order, we may send an order confirmation by email or on-screen confirmation. Order acceptance is subject to stock availability, address serviceability, payment verification, fraud checks, and internal review.

We may refuse, cancel, or hold an order if information is incomplete, payment fails, stock is unavailable, a pricing/product error is identified, the address is not serviceable, or the order appears fraudulent or commercially unreasonable.

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through Razorpay, including payment options made available in the Razorpay checkout such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other supported methods.

Online payment orders are confirmed only after payment authorization and verification. If an online payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the order ID, payment ID, and registered email or phone number.

COD availability may depend on location, order value, courier serviceability, prior delivery history, and internal risk checks. We may disable COD for specific orders or locations.

Please provide accurate name, phone number, email, and full delivery address. Delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, unavailability, or refusal to accept shipment may not qualify for refund of shipping or handling costs.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, you must contact support within 48 hours of delivery with order ID, photos/videos of packaging and product, and any courier notes.
