01.How do I place an order?
Browse our products, open the item you want, select the quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” When your cart is ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and choose Cash on Delivery or online payment.
02.Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account helps you view order history, save your details, and track purchases more easily.
03.Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been shipped. If your order has not been shipped within 3 business days, please contact our support team with your order ID.
04.What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery and secure online payments through Razorpay, including popular payment options available through the Razorpay checkout.
05.Is my payment information secure?
Online payments are processed through Razorpay’s secure checkout. Smiley Beauty does not store your card, UPI, or net banking details. After payment, our server verifies Razorpay’s payment signature before marking the order as paid.
06.Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver orders within India only.
07.How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders within India are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
08.Is skin whitening cream safe?
Safety depends on the complete formula, product quality, directions, and your skin—not the words “whitening” or “natural.” Avoid unlabelled products, altered packaging, guaranteed permanent-whitening claims, and products containing mercury. Do not use hydroquinone or other medicated depigmenting treatments without guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Patch test cosmetics as directed, stop if irritation occurs, and consult a dermatologist about persistent pigmentation or reactions.
09.How long does it take to see results from skincare products?
There is no universal timeline. A cleanser or moisturizer may change how skin feels soon after use, while changes in acne, uneven-looking tone, or texture can take several weeks or longer and depend on the product, consistent use, the underlying concern, and individual skin. Follow the label, introduce one product at a time, and do not keep using a product that burns or causes persistent irritation. Seek professional advice for worsening or ongoing concerns.
